At a Glance Overview: This Concept is basically originated from United Kingdom where a large no. of telecom companies and other termination providers are involved. Center will have to call on premium numbers and generate call traffic (Call waiting) so that other callers queue up in waiting. As long as actual callers are in waiting, the company charges them every minute which they share with the center and service provider later on. Company pays center for generating call traffic on the particular premium no. provided by client. Now a day we have tie-up with one of the largest group in sector and have more than 300 destinations to dial.

This service has highest payout in call center industry and being used on large scale in Europe. now, we have taken the initiative to run it across India to provide the benefit of a simple process with highest payout.

Requirement:
• Computers with dual core processor or above
• High speed internet connection for VoIP calling
• Calling Minutes (VoIP)
• 1 ID or address Proof
• Bank account with SWIFT code

Responsibility: Center will be responsible to generate call traffic by dialing on the dedicated route number which will be provided by client.

Payout: Center will be paid on per minute basis. Payout rate depends upon the route and Route depends upon availability. It can be Daily, Weekly or monthly. Payout mode: Wire transfer, Money gram and Western Union. First payout will have to be a wire transfer (verification purpose). Other mode is available from second payout onwards.

PayPal Gateway: For instant transaction, this facility can be provided if required document is submitted.

Calling minutes: Center needs to buy VoIP minutes from VoIP market. However we do have some VoIP vendors who can provide at reasonable cost.

Remote Access: Center will get a dedicated portal to monitor their call flow at real-time. Authorized person will be able to monitor the call flow and can easily watch that how many calls are active, inactive or disconnected. They can also generate the detailed call record anytime from the portal.
