INBOUND VOICE AND CHAT SUPPORT (MEDICAL)
( Payout: $ 25 per hour per agent)

The process is of Inbound Support (CUSTOMER CARE) from UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for the most respected and US GOVT RECOGNISED Company.

The requirement is of 10 agents.

Training: Online training will be provided by Client covering all aspects
of product information, product search, shipping, refunds policy, logins
and password reset etc. Client will also conduct refresher training every month
or as and when needed. Refresher training being short will not be paid
for.

Work Description: Agents need to provide support to clients customers on call or chat for their diabetes products, diabetic kit, back-brace, heating pad, glucose-meter etc etc... Average AHT for a chat has been at around 150-180 seconds or even more.
Refresher training for a couple of hours will be made every 2-3 weeks.

Shift Timing: EST Time: 8 PM to 9 AM (Monday to Friday) and 9 PM to 5 AM
on Saturday and Sunday.

Payout: $ 25 per hour per agent

If any new up-front sale: 25$ + 150$ for sale.

Client will sign contract for 2 years directly with CENTER’S

(payments will also be directly from client) with provision for extension
depending on Centre performance and service delivery. Client is to be
billed 2 times week for the number of hours worked and payment will be
remitted to Centre within a period of one week from first invoice raised. Billing
Invoice is to be emailed to client.

Advance payment will be done once center finished the online training with the client
